To All Whitehall Square Homeowners,
You may have received a letter in the mail incorrectly stating there is an Annual Homeowners Association Board Meeting scheduled for this evening. The letter was also sent with a preliminary budget.
**The letter was sent in error and there is NO MEETING scheduled for tonight.** The budget also has yet to be finalized.
The board will send out a notice and email in the coming weeks for the annual meeting and budget review with the correct date and time. We look forward to seeing you then!
A few neighbors have asked to have a community picnic this year. For newer residents (pre-pandemic) the picnic was held every year in the tot lot at the corner of Whitehall and Chiswick. It’s a social event to get to know your neighbors and the HOA provides food (the previous picnic we had a fabulous food truck) drink, and entertainment (bounce house, games, music).
The HOA is looking for volunteers from the community to help with planning, setting up and clean up. Putting together these picnics takes a lot of work so we are looking to you the community for assistance.
If we can get 15 or more volunteers we can have a nice get together. If you are interested in helping please reply to the email sent out to the community or to Rachael Evans’ post on Nextdoor.
If you have not already done so, please sign up to receive emails by completing the Resident Registration Form so everyone can be in the know.
